No Sew Tutu
On Rebecca's quest for the perfect tutu she found an amazing no-sew way of making tutus. According to the internet they're usually made by stay at home moms while drinking and watching TV (not that there is anything wrong with drinking and watching TV) but the same process can be use for an adult one.
So as a guinea pig Leah is getting the first tutu--
